Yep, that's 370, not 370,000... just 370 total. I currently live in a relatively "big" city if compared to my hometown but it's far from overpopulated. Springfield, MO, is a quiet midwest town with a population of 160,000. Buying art isn't a big thing here especially compared to Kansas City or St. Louis which are more than double in size.
