This week’s episode features California based muralist Jeff Raum. This might be one of my favorite episodes because Jeff has a lifetime of experience in the arts industries and he so willingly shares it all. We talk a lot about what can go wrong in the mural process whether it’s non-payment, miscommunication, customers using our designs but hiring other artists to complete them, etc. For every 10 customers there’s 1 that isn’t happy for some reason or another and that’s just life. We chat about the ways to reconcile these situations and Jeff shares so many stories and words of wisdom in this over an hour long chat.
